Account Assistant Location Austin, TX :

Overview Our company is an industry-leading provider of flooring service, sales, and installation. With a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch solutions to our clients. We are seeking a sharp, talented, and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our Production Division team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care to our builders/clients. The candidate should possess knowledge of Excel, assist with multiple ongoing projects, organize and review information, and assist in verifying PO's. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, data entry, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and be willing to take on new challenges. This position is perfect for individuals who are organized, possess strong analytical skills, and have a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities: **

  • Assist the Production Division team in providing exceptional customer care to all clients.
  • Assist with multiple ongoing projects and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Organize and review information to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with verifying PO's to ensure they are correct.
  • Use Excel to track data and create reports.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Adapt to new challenges and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Background in the flooring industry and knowledge of RFMS is a plus, but not required.
