JOB DESCRIPTION 
Summary/Objective  
The internship (GAP Project) will be working with our sales teams to improve data quality, eliminate process roadblocks, pipeline data clean-up and clarify market product gaps to help the BU team achieve target goals. 

Essential Functions

1.    Improve data quality

• Identify key gaps in data quality (specifically logistics)
• Collect missing data
• Maintain data collection

2.    Eliminate roadblocks 

• Identify current roadblocks and growth hindrance
• Summarize closing reasons of opportunity within current CRM system

3.    Pipeline clean-up

• Walk through pipeline of current CRM system
• Align with sales on active/inactive projects
• Provide a report out on updated pipeline value

4.    Market research

• Carry out store checks in retail landscape
• Find market segments and clients for Core portfolio
• Identify product gaps
• Create final report out

 
Supervisory Responsibility
None 

 

Work Environment 
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and fax machines.

This is a part-time position, working around 20 hours per week 

Travel 
Less than 10% 

Required Qualifications  
1.    Associates degree or at least a couple of years of college completed working towards a Bachelor's degree
2.    Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications 

Preferred Qualifications  
1. some experience in working with data and CRM system knowledge
