We’re looking for a stable Lube Technician who shows up with a positive attitude on a consistent basis. No need to manage anyone. Routine, consistent work at a nice, steady pace. Specialize: Pick a product you want to specialize in and be the best at. Choose from forklifts, earthmoving, or boom lifts, and become a master of your trade. There is a product type for everyone here. We will send you to OEM schools to get even better at what you do. Stability: Work at a steady, consistent pace. Have a routine where you work on one project at a time. This is a casual atmosphere, with a very strong support system in place. Learn from the best! Skills: You must be able to change oil and other fluids, and perform other general maintenance duties to be successful in this position. Although not required for this role, having knowledge of the inner workings of various machine models is helpful. We prefer that you have prior experience working as an automotive, truck, tractor, or lube technician. No need to deal with the general public, and little interaction with customers. • Make sure all work areas and the shop floor are clean, and that all safety rules are observed
• Conduct oil changes and fluid inspections on vehicles, including emptying and refilling engine oil and checking and refilling transmission, brake, power steering, and coolant fluids
• Nice, consistent, routine, steady pace of work

Qualifications:

• Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Comfortable using car lifts, jacks, and other garage equipment safely
• Prior experience as a Diesel mechanic
