Caring. Connecting. Growing together. Job summary: This is a traditional outpatient primary care medicine practice supporting patients from Everett and its surrounding communities:
- We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package with productivity and quality incentives.
- Our sign-on and retention bonus package goes up to $100,000 for highly qualified physicians
The Role: - Outpatient Primary Care: 18 – 22 patients per day, on average with 15, 20, and 30-min visits
- Ability to focus on a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine population.
- Collegial group of Primary Care physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians
- Work life balance with flexible shifts- Full time is a 4-day work week. Part time opportunities may be available.
- Advanced Practice Clinician (PA/NP) and Scribe support
- Incredible location with numerous medical specialties as well as Behavioral Health and Physical Therapy, Lab, Imaging, and Pharmacy
- Call is light and shared | Triage RN call

Required Qualifications: - Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Unrestricted WA license or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Current DEA or ability to obtain prior to start date

Washington Residents Only: The salary range for Washington residents is $256,997 to $364,843 . Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
