Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and production staff, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards and company quality assurance protocols.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, contracts, and change orders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned to improve future project management practices.
  • Other duties assigned to you.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a bonus.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the fiberglass or related industry.
  • Previous experience with polymers, plastics, resins, and or oil & gas storage tanks is a bonus.
  • Must be located near Waycross, GA as the schedule will require you to be in office.
  • A strong understanding of fiberglass manufacturing processes and technologies is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
