Cole Solutions () has been retained by a national Engineering & Sciences consulting firm to identify & hire this critical team member in the Dallas / Lewisville, TX, region.

Senior Environmental Geologist
This Senior Environmental Geologist will serve as a technical resource for projects focused primarily on on-site characterization remediation.
Specific duties include:

• Project management. 
• Project analysis and design. 
• Preparation of reports and bid documents. 
• Client interaction. 
• Construction oversight. 
• Business development.
• Mentoring early career professionals.

Note: This position is hybrid remote with two to three days in the Lewisville office.

Requirements

• B.S. degree (M.S degree preferred) in geology, hydrogeology, environmental science or related field. 
• 10-15 years of experience in technical project work and project management. 
• Current P.G. license, or the ability to obtain within 6 months of start date
• Experience with DOD projects and/or large federal projects strongly preferred. 
• Demonstrated experience in project management, technical writing, and proposal development.
• Experience managing performance-based projects and environmental projects with a construction component preferred. 
• Exceptional client management and business development skills. 
• Candidate must be able to work as a team member across technical disciplines, and must be able to adhere to schedules, scopes, and budgets, project management and quality standards. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including coordination with federal/state/local agencies on regulatory requirements.

Salary & Benefits

• Target salary range = $90,000 to $140,000, based on relevant expertise and capabilities. Some flexibility is possible, as warranted.
