We work with clients in industries like HVAC and home services, helping them grow their brands through high-quality websites and digital solutions.
As a Web Developer, you will take designs and assets from our Graphics team and turn them into fully responsive, functional homepages using WordPress and tools like Beaver Builder (prior experience with Beaver Builder is a plus but not required). Your attention to detail and solid understanding of CSS and responsive design will be key to ensuring that each project meets client needs and exceeds expectations.

Position Details:
Job Title: Web Developer
Location: Fully Remote
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and implement backend solutions as needed.
Transform homepage designs into fully responsive and functional web pages that align with our clients' brands.
Manage DNS records and handle database tasks during website launches.
Perform ongoing maintenance such as content updates, bug fixes, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure that projects meet deadlines and client expectations.
Work with Google Services and other APIs to enhance website functionality.
Document development processes and maintain a record of updates and changes.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and address challenges.
What We're Looking For:
At least 3 years of experience in WordPress development.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage multiple projects at once.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote setting.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
A commitment to continuous learning and staying current with the latest technologies and best practices in web development.
